Fossil Singapore Pte. Ltd. and our parent, subsidiary and/or affiliated companies within Fossil Group ("Fossil", "we", “us”, or “our”) respect and protect your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy describes:
• what information we collect in any Fossil stores, Fossil websites, through any Fossil mobile application [(except for the Fossil Q App)] or through any service provider,
• for which purposes we use Personal Data we collect and
• your rights regarding your Personal Data.

“Personal Data” is information, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified —
(a) from that data; or
(b) from that data and other information to which the organisation has or is likely to have access.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data that we hold about you as well as any personal data you may provide to us. By interacting with us (including use of the website), providing us with your personal data, submitting information to us or signing up for any newsletters or services offered by us, you shall be deemed to agree and consent to all terms and conditions in this Privacy Policy. WHEN DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?
We generally do not collect your Personal Data unless (a) it is provided to us voluntarily by you directly or via a third party who has been duly authorised by you to disclose your personal data to us for such purposes; or (b) collection and use of Personal Data without consent is permitted or required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore. We will seek your consent before collecting any additional Personal Data and before using your Personal Data for a purpose which you have not been notified (unless authorised by law).

When you interact with us or use any service we provide, the personal data we may collect includes the following:

• your Personal Data, including but not limited to your name, email address, mobile number and address;
• information to process your enquiry, such as your company name and company website;
• information about your use of our websites and services, including cookies, IP addresses, browser type, your mobile operating system, statistics on page views and traffic to our website and other diagnostic data.

We receive Personal Data from or about you depending on the nature of your activities, especially in the following cases:
Sign-up/Registering: We store the information that you provide to us, such as when

• you create an account at our website (including e-mail, name, date of birth and additional information you may voluntarily provide us for example your general interests, items you register that you previously purchased in stores or when you create a wish list).
• you give us your e-mail address in our stores to receive an electronic receipt for your purchase.
• you share any pictures/materials with us for publication on social media.
• you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us.
Transactions: We collect details of purchases on our website or in Fossil stores (date, price, products purchased, credit and debit card information, billing and delivering address etc.) as well as when you return or exchange a product or when you send us your product for warranty or repair service and any communication in connection with this. If you provide any personal data of another person, please make sure that you have the right to share that information with us.

• Visiting our website/Using e-mails: We store details of your visits to the websites (such as pages visited, browser details, your IP address) and your interactions with any e-mails that we send to you. For more information, see our Cookies Section.

You submit forms relating to any of our products or services
When you request that we contact you.
When you request to be included in an email or other mailing list.
When you submit your personal data to us for any other reason.

You may always refuse to provide your personal data. However, this may prevent us from providing you with our products and services

WHAT DO WE USE PERSONAL DATA FOR?
Your Personal Data is used only for the specific purpose(s) for which it was collected. Generally, we collect, use and disclose your personal data for the following purposes:

Transactions/Provision of services:
• We use your Personal Data to process your purchases, send you confirmations or electronic receipts (if you requested this), screen transactions for fraudulent behavior, and handle any returns, repairs to exchanges of your products and for any related communications.
• We use your Personal Data to administer your website accounts such as to enable you to access your shopping bag, to see products you saved for later, products you registered (which may earn you points to redeem at stores) or to show you other products that may interest you.
• When you enter a sweepstake/contest, we process your Personal Data to enable your participation.

Analytics: We may combine and use Personal Data to help us learn more about our users’ shopping preferences, to be able to tailor our offers and websites according to your interests and preferences, to help us address problems with and improve our site design, products and services, to analyze trends and statistics and to present content in the clearest and most friendly manner for you.

Marketing: We may contact you for direct marketing purposes per e-mail, text message or mail unless you have opted-out from receiving further direct marketing messages (see below for your opt-out options)

Securing our assets: We may also use Personal Data to protect the security or integrity of our websites and our business.
General Matters: We may also use Personal Data to verify your identity, respond to and process your request or queries, complying with any applicable laws, regulations and investigations, and any other purposes for which you have provided the information.

Other: We may use and collect Personal Data for any purpose associated with or related to the above purposes.

DISCLOSURE/SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
We treat your Personal Data with care and confidentiality. We will not trade, sell or rent your Personal Data to or with any third party. We will not provide Personal Data to any third party, agents or other organization without obtaining your prior consent except for the following cases:

• We may involve other companies for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. These other companies might be members of the Fossil group or other third party providers, which may be based in other jurisdictions than your country of residence. Third party providers perform various different services in support of our websites, our business and provision of the goods and services such as administrative, computer, technology outsourcing, data processing and marketing services. In these instances, we will need to share your Personal Data with these companies. Where we engage service providers that use Personal Data on behalf of Fossil we will use reasonable measures to contractually ensure that Personal Data is only used for the purposes of Fossil.

• Fossil may share your Personal Data where necessary in order to comply with any legal obligation, to protect and defend Fossil, its subsidiaries and affiliates and all of their officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, contractors, and partners, in connection with any legal action, claim or dispute or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements. Fossil may also share your Personal Data to comply with any directions of the courts or any body of competent jurisdiction, on in order to enforce or apply our Privacy Policy.
• Occasionally we may also share your Personal Data with select third parties so that they can send you promotional materials about goods and services offered by them. We may also occasionally share your Personal Data with organizations that combine the Personal Data with publicly available information and information we receive from or cross-reference with our marketing partners and other third parties. We use that combined information to enhance your shopping experience with us, to communicate with you about our products, to inform you of events that may be of interest to you, and for other promotional purposes.
• Fossil reserves the right to transfer your Personal Data to a third party in the event of a transfer of all or some of Fossil's assets to a third party, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to terms similar to those of this Privacy Policy and subject always to applicable laws and regulations.
Subject to applicable laws and regulations, Fossil may disclose aggregated, non-Personal Data about website users.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE SINGAPORE

We may share your personal data with Fossil’s subsidiaries in Hong Kong and the United States to fulfill the processing purposes as stated above. Otherwise, we do not usually send your Personal Data outside of Singapore unless it is necessary for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. When we do send personal data abroad, we have in place adequate safeguards in compliance with the requirements under the applicable laws. This includes ensuring that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide the transferred personal data a comparable standard of protection as that under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore.

RETENTION PERIOD
Fossil will keep your Personal Data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as long as we are required by law. After this your Personal Data will be deleted. We cannot remove your Personal Data when there is a legal storage requirement, such as accounting rules or when there are other legal grounds to keep the data, such as an ongoing contractual relationship.

SECURITY
The security of your Personal Data is important to us. Accordingly, while no set of privacy and security standards or safeguards is 100% secure, we take steps to ensure any information that you share with us is kept secure and strictly confidential in accordance with this policy. We take various precautions to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, alteration, destruction or similar risks.

In the event of a data breach, we will notify you as soon as practicable as required by law.

If you are offered a link to connect to a third-party website, it is for the convenience of our website visitors. Sites linked to and from this website are not necessarily under the control of Fossil and Fossil has no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any such linked site or service. OPT OUT PROCEDURES
With regard to Personal Data that you have provided or that has been collected under this Privacy Policy, you may opt out of the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data for any of the above stated purposes (including receiving marketing or promotional materials) at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer or use any other options we may offer. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that for certain purposes, your withdrawal of consent may prevent us from continuing to provide you with our products and/or services through this website. Kindly also note that withdrawing your consent for any purposes stated above does not affect our right to collect, use or disclose Personal Data where consent is not required for such collection, usage or disclosure under applicable laws.

We may ask you to provide proof of identity before we can respond to your request.

ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
This website gives you the ability to view and change the Personal Data you provided to us within the My Account section of the website. You may access information we hold about you, request a correction or any update of your Personal Data or a deletion of your data, unless we have to keep your data for legal reasons. Kindly note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an access request. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.
