The product I received is faulty, can I do an exchange?
If the product is faulty, please email us at estore-sg@fossil.com with your order number, within 7 days after you have received the product. We will advise you on the next steps.
Refunds or exchanges once payment has been made are not allowed, unless the product received is faulty.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs SGD 8 per order, to addresses in Singapore only.
International shipping is not available.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
All orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Friday, via Ninjavan Standard Delivery to addresses in Singapore only.
While we cannot guarantee delivery times, Ninjavan should deliver within 7 to 10 days after your order has been shipped out.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
Most traditional Fossil watches are covered under warranty for 2 years after the date of purchase, while other items such as jewelry are typically covered for 1 year. This may slightly fluctuate upon regional differences.
Manufacturer error or standard wear and tear typically fall under warranty but user damage or items not purchased directly from Fossil are not.
You do not need to register your product with us in order to initiate a repair.
WATCHES - STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY
This Two (2) Year Limited Watch Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. The limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. In certain jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK) and Switzerland (CH), consumers are entitled by law to remedies from the seller, free of charge, for lack of conformity of the goods. These legal rights typically last for at least two (2) years from the purchase and are not affected by this warranty. The national law of your country of residence may provide for stronger consumer rights.
Your watch is warranted by Fossil Group, Inc* ("Fossil") for a period two (2) years from the original date of purchase (for California consumers, from the later of the original date of purchase or the date of delivery) under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The watch warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required. This is typically a sales receipt, however, other forms of proof may be accepted in accordance with local laws.
During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of component and labor charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, Fossil cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. All replaced Watch(es) will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty on the original Product or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
• Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crown, crystal, strap, or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.
• Water damage if care instructions for the product’s water resistance level (as marked on the product) were not followed.
• Products that are not purchased from an authorized retailer.
• Battery replacement
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized sales or services agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty is void if the serial numbers or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.
If not stated otherwise, the foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Fossil. Fossil shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Fossil has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Fossil’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at Fossil’s sole option.
Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
FOR SMARTWATCH PRODUCTS
Your smartwatch is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty. Except that if you reside and purchased this product in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland (CH) the warranty period is two years. This product and accessories included in the packaging with the product (the “Product”) are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the period commencing upon the date of purchase. A printed copy of the receipt is required for warranty repairs.
The covered components will be repaired for free or the watch will be replaced if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. In case of replacement, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
